A Wonderful Stay with Great Hospitality!

I had a pleasant experience with friendly staff that made our family feel welcome. The room was freshly cleaned, which was a relief. Loved the convenience of having a diner nearby for ice and breakfast options. I highly recommend checking out the local dining scene!

The room was clean and comfy, with awesome amenities like a printer in the lobby and free parking. The stay was peaceful with no noise disruptions, ideal for relaxation.

good service but disappointing room condition

The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were quick to assist us with any concerns, making us feel welcomed.

However, the room condition left much to be desired, particularly since half of the key cards did not work.

We had a lovely time exploring Fremont, especially enjoying a fun afternoon at the water park with the slides and wave pool. The staff at the hotel were welcoming, and we really appreciated their helpfulness, especially with our small baby. The hotel was clean and comfortable for our family.

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel lacked essential amenities for families. A better outdoor area or playground would be great for kids to enjoy.

We loved the quiet environment and the friendly staff who made our stay pleasant. But, we had some issues with slow check-in.

Comfortable beds, friendly staff, with free Wi-Fi in rooms and a convenient location close to Eppley Airfield Airport made my stay enjoyable while I explored the city.

The desk chair was uncomfortable and some key cards did not work.

However, cleanliness was a major concern. stains on the sheets and an unpleasant odor in the room were quite off-putting. The bathroom wasn't up to par either, with visible dirt and a poorly maintained shower. Plus, the ice machine was out of order, forcing us to trek to a diner for ice, which felt unnecessary. Parking was cramped, making it tricky to navigate with multiple vehicles. Overall, the experience left much to be desired in terms of comfort and hygiene.

The location is fantastic. Friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean. I appreciated the non-smoking environment. I had a very enjoyable experience! 😊

Friendly staff and comfy beds!

I stayed for a night and the place was nice. The location’s super convenient and the staff were really friendly. The king room was quite cozy. The only bummer was that the elevators could use some cleaning. I also loved grabbing breakfast at the restaurant, it was great!.

We enjoyed a boat ride on the Platte River and hit the local water park. It was great to find a spot that was pet friendly. The stay was quiet, and the location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. Parking was a bit cramped though.

The only downside was my check-in experience took too long, and it felt a bit unorganized at first. Understanding that the hotel is pet friendly does mean lots of furry friends around, but the front desk staff seemed overwhelmed.

Not cool for a place you're paying to stay at.
